The property is connected to the Holy Mosque through the King Abdulaziz Gate tunnel, with the hotel describing the journey to the Haram as approximately five minutes by car under normal conditions. Access can also be made through Ajyad Road when the tunnel is unavailable. Actual journey times may vary considerably during peak prayer times and pilgrimage seasons because of traffic restrictions.
